Meditation is a practice where you move from the field of continuous thought (energy and information), to single-pointed awareness (mindfulness), to the gap (discontinuity and information). It is a practice where you clear your mind; becoming mentally clear and emotionally calm. Dedication and determination are required when you meditate, and with regular sessions it becomes easier to drop into the gap, or a state of calm and clear.
Speaking from experience, meditation is a great wellness practice that has many benefits like: Stress Reduction, Controls Anxiety, Promotes Emotional Health, Enhances Self-Awareness, Improves Sleep, and more.
