Vinyasa or Flow Yoga; combining breath with movement to create an active meditation. This style of yoga allows you to work with whatever you are going through on physical, emotional and spiritual levels; to create personal healing and transformation.
Our Flow is inspired by the natural transformation of seedling to forest grove. You will connect with friends, laugh, face your fears, grow through challenges, and transform your being; leaving you feeling calm throughout your mind, body and spirit.
Jennifer's step-by-step Seedling Strategy will help you blossom into your best self through Flow Yoga, Ocean Breath, and Meditation. These practices will help you to peel back the layers you've built up, so you can discover your true self, your personal power, and your light.
Reiki Infused Yoga:
Reiki Infused Yoga is a lovely blend of Reiki Healing and Yin Yoga. These two practices compliment one another, and allows for the energy to flow through your body. Reiki is the ancient art of healing that reduces stress and relaxes the entire being; while Yin Yoga holds poses for one minute or more. Both practices are designed to target your meridians or energy channels within the mind, body and spirit. Reiki Infused Yoga will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, and rejuvenated.
Private Yoga is a great way to deepen an existing practice or to establish and learn the art of Yoga. A private session can be booked one-on-one or with a group of your closest friends and family. This practice happens on your schedule and in your desired location. Jennifer can travel to your home or cottage and provide you with a fun practice designed specifically for you or your group.
